Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm or extra-firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
  2. Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Toss tofu with cornstarch, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
