Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili sauce

Instructions
