- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the coated tenders in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5–7 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the tenders with oil before air frying.
- Check internal temperature of chicken to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
