Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  5. Place the coated tenders in the air fryer in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5–7 minutes until crispy and golden.
