Description

Enjoy a healthy and flavorful dish with air fryer cauliflower steaks topped with fresh chimichurri sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. Brush the cauliflower steaks with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Place the steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. While the cauliflower cooks, prepare the chimichurri by blending parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and red pepper flakes in a food processor until smooth.
  6. Serve the cauliflower steaks hot, topped with chimichurri sauce.
