Description
This air fryer buffalo cauliflower is crispy, spicy, and perfect for snacking. A lighter plant-based version of your favorite appetizer.
Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil and seasonings.
3. Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
4. Transfer to bowl and toss with buffalo sauce.
5. Return to air fryer for 2-3 more minutes.
6. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese.
Notes
Dry cauliflower completely before air frying for best texture.
Add honey or sriracha to sauce for flavor twists.
