- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to form a batter.
- Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until fully coated.
- Place coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Mix hot sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
- Toss fried cauliflower in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Return to the air fryer for 3-5 more minutes until crispy.
- Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the cauliflower lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Adjust hot sauce quantity based on your spice preference.
