Description
Crispy and delicious Brussels sprouts made in an air fryer. A quick and healthy side dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook a few minutes longer.
- Add Parmesan cheese or balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
