Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape mixture into meatballs (about 1-inch size).
  4. Place meatballs in air fryer basket, leaving space between.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Brush BBQ sauce on meatballs.
  7. Cook for 3 more minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
