Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped soft tofu
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into small pieces
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dashi powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Reduce heat to low and whisk in miso paste until dissolved.
  3. Add tofu and nori, simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in green onions and dashi powder if using.
