Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 cup chopped soft tofu
- 1 sheet nori, cut into small pieces
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dashi powder (optional)
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a pot.
- Reduce heat to low and whisk in miso paste until dissolved.
- Add tofu and nori, simmer for 3 minutes.
- Stir in green onions and dashi powder if using.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use white or red miso paste based on your preference.
- Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
- Do not boil the soup after adding miso to preserve its probiotic benefits.
